		Ohio Department of Transportation Madison/Clark County I-70 Reconstruction Project   Current Road Closures and Restrictions The three new lanes of Interstate 70 westbound are now open from U.S. 42 in Madison County to state Route 54 in Clark County. Two lanes of I-70 eastbound will be open throughout the winter.
